IMT Duncan enjoys a low employee turnover, which allows us to retain well trained personnel.
Our employees are encouraged to be cross trained. This creates a better understanding of all our customers' requirements and internal procedures. IMT Duncan rewards employees that complete cross training and the employees that successfully train others. IMT Duncan has an instant reward system for employees that find customer paper work or part discrepancies or any discrepancies caused internally.
We augment our staff with highly trained and motivated consultants. These consultants are on site daily, weekly and monthly, and bring expertise and training in the fields of quality systems, metallurgy, furnace design, furnace computerization, controls and maintenance.
